Property and Asset Management
elogbooks has the ability to manage all of your properties and assets. You can enter important information against each including safety orders and conditions. You may also upload pictures, files and notes to help better describe each property or asset.
Each asset is assigned a number and is managed separately throughout the system. This allows you to individually assign tasks, jobs and work orders against the assets. You can also track the financial implications of each asset and monitor its status or condition.
All of your properties and assets can be further managed via your virtual logbook using the estate managers logbook. This allows you to have an overview of many assets throughout your site portfolio, highlighting any important data such as overdue legislative compliance.
You may also set up individual contractors or clients and manage their task, jobs or assets separately. This creates the flexibility in the system to allow it to work for facilities managers keeping track of contractors or for contractors to better service their clients.
