PDA Application
Possibly the most important new innovation for elogbooks is the PDA application. The PDA app is a scaled down version of the elogbooks sytem that allows you to add or monitor the most important data remotely. It will allow you to update jobs and tasks on the go. It also allows you to attach files from your camera should you wish to add this to a job or asset.As well as entering job information and updates into the system it also allows you to see what jobs are due. The PDA app will display the reactive or planned jobs due for that day, week or month so you can easily manage your workload. It also gives you the ability to create and issue a quote or estimate.
As a further facility for work flow management the PDA app can also create and manage your timesheet automatically. It will also remind you when a job update is due.
