Virtual Logbooks

The virtual logbook is the essential tool for managing your property portfolio. It is a virtual representation of a traditional site logbook and is presented as such. You can choose an individual site logbook from your bookshelf or use the full estate logbook to manage all of your sites.

Each logbook displays all live job data and their status as well as any call or email information logged against them. it gives you a job planner to schedule jobs across the year. It displays quotes, legislative compliance, health and safety documents, logsheets, certificates, assets and any other documents or files stored against the property.

Because the logbook is live it allows you to know exactly what is going on without the necessity of a site visit. It can vastly reduce the management time necessary and can increase the speed of your workflow as well as your productivity.

The estate managers' logbook also allows you to quickly manage the important information from across your portfolio. It summarises data across each property allowing you to see what has been missed and what needs actioning or approval.
