Job Tracking

Using the WOM (work order management) tool, a job can be logged against a client, building or an asset and can be performed once (reactive) or repetitively (planned).

Any calls, emails or documents pertaining to this number are dated and stored on the elogbook system. The job status can be altered at each point in the work flow from initiation through to invoicing. This ensures that no work is missed and can be tracked to individual employees or departments.

Reminders are issued by the system to highlight overdue jobs. These reminders stay until the job is updated or closed.

It is an extremely versatile system and can be used to manage any tasks whether it is maintaining an important lift system, carrying out security checks or re-stocking a stationery cupboard.
