Elogbooks gives service providers the opportunity to show commitment to achieving the highest quality of service delivery. You can demonstrate your capabilities to be benchmarked against other service providers in your industry and ultimately open the door to new business opportunities with both our existing and new clients.
Who are Elogbooks?
Elogbooks FM Ltd identifies and evaluates service providers on behalf of our clients. We allocate works and continually monitor service provider performance through our web based CAFM system.
We facilitate and manage service delivery across all industry sectors on behalf of property portfolio managers, helping our clients to ensure they are receiving the very best service and value for money from their service providers.
We also create new business opportunities for suppliers and allow them to demonstrate their quality of service to Elogbooks’ existing clients though continual monitoring and reporting.
What is Elogbooks Accreditation?
Elogbooks is a 2 part accreditation process. Level 1 accreditation assesses 8 key areas:
Level 2 accreditation is gained by achieving a measured performance standard during delivery of your services to our clients.
Who can apply for accreditation?
Any service provider of any size can apply for accreditation. Our existing accredited suppliers also vary widely in geographical location and coverage as well as services provided.
From small handyman services right through to total facilities management, we give our clients the opportunity to select their services from a diverse pool of providers.
What are the benefits of becoming an Accredited Service Provider?
You will be joining our elite network of service providers and your services will be made available to all of our clients. Our clients consult us when selecting service providers for inclusion in forthcoming tenders safe in the knowledge that our accredited suppliers are committed and willing to be measured to prove they meet their standards.
I only cover a very small geographical area; how will this work?
We initially offer your services based on your suitability to deliver a competitive, quality service in your region and business sector. Elogbooks recognises value for money and service delivery. Size and geographical location are not factors in local service delivery.
Once accredited, how do I receive work through you?
Client works are allocated from the Elogbooks 24/7 support desk. Reactive works are issued via email or telephone depending on urgency so please ensure the email address and contact number you register is monitored.
Once accredited you will be given a username and password to access your own personal online portal. Works are managed by you through this portal and backed up by our support desk. This is where you will accept, update and close jobs that will be viewable by the client.
As well as receiving reactive work, we also offer the opportunity for inclusion in forthcoming tenders. These will be issued through a formal tender process.
How will I know how to use your system?
Prior to being issued client works you will be contacted and receive training on the system. The system is very intuitive and is designed to help you achieve the required standards our clients expect. We give you the system and tools to demonstrate your ability to outperform your competition.
What is the cost of accreditation?
There is an annual subscription fee of £225.00 to apply for and maintain level 1 accreditation. Level 2 accredited service providers may or may not have to pay a fee for the use of the Elogbooks service. Our clients determine how these costs are covered.
