Call Logging

elogbooks includes a powerful helpdesk system that allows you or your call centre to quickly enter information into the elogbooks system. It also includes a search facility and console that allows information from the system to be quickly accessed should anyone have a query.

The system will automatically prompt when calls need to be made to chase contractors or tasks. It also gives a live overview of all of your data and work showing you how much outstanding work is due. It stores all contact data and information on properties which are also easily accessed.

It includes a file and document uploader should any certificates, logsheets or reports need to be added to a property for viewing online. It now also includes a conference call monitoring system.
